Pues retomamos la serie "Blogger Gold" con una colección a la que le tengo especial cariño, pues siempre me ha parecido que esta serie del blog "Psych, Crackle & Pop" ha tenido un cierto paralelismo a mi serie de "Tommentón En la Cuadra", pues se empezó en el mismo año, 2009 y siempre estaba esperando con impaciencia los nuevos volúmenes.
Hace unos años una chica mejicana me pidió que le enviase unos cuantos volúmenes, lo que hice gustoso y cuando ya tenia previsto esta reposición, desde Alemania me pidieron que si la podía publicar en este blog, aparte de ver una petición de esta colección en un blog amigo, así que creo que es el momento de hacerlo.
Parece que estos viejos trabajos todavía suscitan interés y como es la intención de esta serie, quiero que sigan vivos.Esta colección tiene veinte volúmes creados por Bobby´s Psych, con el que he intentado conectar para comentarle la idea de reponer sus trabajos, pero ha sido inútil, pues su correo ya no está operativo. Estuvo activo hasta 2013, en el que dejó de publicar
La colección es sencillamente apabullante y se da un completo repaso a la música de los sesenta en sus diferentes facetas, sicodelia ante todo, pop, garage y otros estilos cercanos, eso sí, se nota que los temas seleccionados están muy cuidados, lo que es de agradecer y no hay temas de relleno y todos son de gran calidad.
Otra cosa sobre esta serie, es que los tengo pasados a Cd y hay temporadas que me pongo todas las noches un volumen a la hora de ir a dormir hasta completar los veinte.

Realmente impresionante la lista de canciones, y ahora... ¿que os pongo de aperitivo?, pues las cuatro primeras que pille:
Nada mas, solo agradecer a Bobby´s Psych estos trabajos y emplazaros para de aquí dos semanas para la segunda parte de esta serie. Disfrutad de la música, por cantidad y calidad no quedará la cosa.

Pues esta colección que hoy os presento es de mis favoritas de British-Psych, y la verdad es que hace dos años y medio os la iba a presentar, pero se cruzó por el camino su hermana "Justavibration" en último momento y lo cambié, pasando a la fatídica "lista de espera" que en este blog es mucho peor que la de la Seguridad Social española, aunque parezca increíble.
También me he dado cuenta que la mayoría de discos que presento, sobre todo en este estilo corresponde a sellos fantasmas de dudosa existencia, lo que me hace reflexionar en que muchos aficionados afinan bastante mas que las casas de discos convencionales a la hora de hacer sus compilados.
"Justafixation" apareció originalmente en edición vinilo en 1996 bajo la referencia de "Funny 1", en una edición limitada a 250 ejemplares, todos ellos numerados manualmente, que a las pocas semanas se agotaron, asi que a los dos años sacaron la versión CD esta vez con 500 ejemplares. Pero no acaba aquí la historia de este disco, ya que en 2005 "Alternative Edge Productions" sacó una edición también de 500 Cd´s que los vendían casi exclusivamente en Ebay. Esta casa fantasma ya sacó el disco "Magic Spectacles" que ya pusimos aquí.
Pero retomando la historia de "Funny", decir que solo tiene cuatro discos: este que hoy os presentamos, el anteriormente citado "Justavibration" en una onda muy similar y de igual calidad, el "Justafixation 2", en el cual ya decae bastante la calidad y un último "Justification" mas centrado en sonidos freakbeat y mod y también muy interesante. A la lista de espera.
